Hello, I am an engineer/project manager working in Automotive industry. Address is Blandsädesgatan / Bifrost bus station. Quite good location! 5-15 min to university depending on how you travel, car, bus bike etc. I will be renting a small room. It is 6-7m2. Wardrobes are in the corridor. A studying desk and chair. Please write whom you are, which periods you would like the rent the room, any reference if possible, if you are working a work proof or if you are a student a student proving that you are studying. I would like to have someone tidy, that is cleaning each week, not very noisy, however absolutely fun and social person! 2 months deposition will be required. Rent will be paid in advance on time. E.g. pay and stay. 3 month notice period from both sides. While leaving the apartment, I require a cleaning fee of 1000 SEK as I had issues in the past with previous tenants.
