FÖRSTAHANDSKONTRAKT – FORTFARANDE TILLGÄNGLIG Vi har en nybygg tvårumslägenhet på 48 kvm på Bifrostgatan i Mölndal som just nu är under uppbyggnad och kommer att vara klar från och med den 4 november. Vi vill gärna hitta en person eller par för långtidsuthyrning, dvs obegränsad tid/tillsvidare. Lägenheten är helt ny och du skulle vara den första som någonsin bor där, så vi söker en ansvarsfull person/par. Vi söker: - Max 1-2 personer utan barn - Husdjur- och rökfria Lägenheten är fullt utrustad med tvättmaskin/torktumlare (kombi) och diskmaskin. Den ligger på 4e våning utav 5 med stor balkong. Det finns också gott om förvaringsutrymme och garderoberna är ganska stora. Buss- och spårvagnshållplatser finns i närheten med goda förbindelser till staden. Vi hyr ut lägenheten för 13 000 kr omöblerad eller 15 000 kr möblerad. Alla kostnader ingår. Det finns möjlighet till en permanent utomhusparkeringsplats mot en extra avgift. Vi kräver två månader deposition då lagenheten är helt nytt. ___________________________________ FIRST HAND CONTRACT – CURRENTLY AVAILABLE We have a newly built two-room apartment of 48 sqm on Bifrostgatan in Mölndal that is currently under construction and will be ready from November 4th. We would like to find one tenant or a couple for long-term rental (no time limit). The apartment is brand new and you would be the first to ever live there, so we are looking for a responsible person/couple. We are looking for: - One person or a couple without children - Pet and smoke free The apartment is fully equipped with a washer/dryer (combi) and dishwasher. It is located on the 4th floor out of 5 floors with a large balcony. There is also plenty of storage space and the wardrobes are quite large. Bus and tram stops are close by with good connections to the city. We rent the apartment for 13,000 SEK unfurnished or 15,000 SEK furnished. All costs included. There is the possibility of a permanent outdoor parking space for an additional fee. We require two months deposit, as the apartment is completely new.
